The Corporación de Estudios para el Webmaster CORDES (CORDES Corporation for Development Studies) is a non-profit institution founded in 1984, with the purpose of promoting academic studies related to problems that affect the development of Ecuador and Latin American countries.
The institution has more than 30 years of experience in economic consulting, conferences, workshops, seminars and books. In addition, CORDES issues three periodical publications.
CORDES’ analysts are often invited to give talks on Ecuador’s economic situation and prospects or are quoted in Ecuadorian and foreign media.

Cordes' View
Timely analysis of subjects pertaining to Ecuador’s economic situation. This publication does not have a fixed frequency (more than one issue per week can be published if the situation calls for it), though it is usually published every fortnight.
Economic Report
Monthly publication on Ecuador’s and the international economy. The articles contained in the Economic Report, many of which are written by renowned specially-invited Ecuadorian and foreign analysts, address relevant subjects for the region and Ecuador with academic rigor and detail.
